IWOfurn Service GmbH supports suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, retail combines and service providers in the furniture sector. IWOfurn Service GmbH offers consultancy and technical support for the European portal of the furniture sector „IWOfurn“ (www.IWOfurn.com) to which a number of important market players, also out of the production sector e.g. Hülsta, Nobilia, Rauch, Steinhoff etc., are connected today. The platform was initiated and is supported by the European Federation of Furniture Retailers (www.fena-furniture.com).
The portal supports the entire range of business processes between registered companies. Therefore different scalable ways for different target groups to use and integrate to the platform are available – from the usage of online solutions to a deep integration into e.g. ERP solutions and retail software packages. IWOfurn offers the exchange of catalogue/master data in different input and output formats, the electronic order processing inkl. of related message e.g. like order respones, despatch advices and invoices and the exchange of real-time status information like actual und updated delivery time and delivery date.
